Berko Rabinowicz, the marshal of the Ruthenian Jews and the scribe of the Crown Jews; Józef Ickowicz, rabbi and land elder of Zhovkva; and Icko Monyszowicz, land elder of Lviv, declare that they borrowed 4,000 zlotys from Józef Ossoliński, the Crown court standard-bearer, for the needs of the land (based on the plenipotency of land elders) and assure that they should pay 400 zlotys in commission on this debt (which is to come from the Jewish poll tax paid by the community of Lesko) and undertake that no assignations will be issued to Lesko Jews.
